Charlie and the Picture Factory

Today I had to do my presentation of the Ebola Hemorrhagic Fever in my Medical Internship class and, for once, I didn't laugh outloud or turn THAT red and my voice was clear and "nice" (as my teacher put it - she also said how I should do it more often and how this was the first time she ever heard my voice in a presentation). Even so, I remember stuttering slightly and repeating myself and even stumbling across the most rudimentary facts that I memorized and that I had no trouble remembering AFTERWARDS. Ugh... Even so, Mrs. Williams seemed to enjoy it. :) To help my presentation along, I also had a stuffed toy of the Ebola Virus lent to me from Joy. :D hehe... I named him Charlie. I've gotten quite attached to him and since I didn't see Joy after school today, I still have him. He's so ADORABLE!!

Charlie's SOOOO cute! LOL... yes, well, I looked on his tag and saw the site (www.giantmicrobes.com) and I just HAD to visit it to see how much they cost. They range from about $5.95 to $6.95. It's not bad and you can also buy them in sets:

hehe... yes well, I get attached to cute things. :P OH! And I set up the digital camera today (I learned how to use it and all by reading the manual and I'm going to be setting up the software for it on the computer so sooner or later, you'll just see random pics here! :) Perhaps I'll even do a Picture of the Day deal. haha... That would SOOOO rock! I mean it would totally rock for me and anyone else who's reading this. And if you do, you better either comment or use the chatterbox!!! :) I don't mean to be so bossy but yeah, they're there for a REASON. Even if you don't have a blog. Just be "anonymous"! There's no shame to being anonymous! I mean, my initials spell out "IT" and I don't mind being calling 'it'. Not to mention that many people call me that... but that's not the point. :) hehe... Anywho...

Humph. It didn't work. Something about a fatal error of some sort. I wonder what... *shrug* I'll figure it out eventually. Al I needs just a little time and 3 truckloads of patience - which is why I usually give up on computers. lol... I have the capacity for a cup of patience, at the most. haha... :P Anyways, I better go now for I have yet to take a shower. (I stink! LOL.. I went out walking/running around the neighborhood with my mom earlier on in the evening in the isolation gown and surgical mask I got from Internship today. hehe... They're really comfortable but the mask smells a little... funky. Reminds me of several things at once. I can't quite put my hand on it...

OH! I also have booties covering my shoes! You know, the blue ones surgeons use. They ROCK! Anyways, I'll come back later when my camera's software decides to work with me - or earlier. Until then, have a GREEEAAATT Pineapple Day! hehe...
