The Beginning of a New Month

Well... it's the First of February and this morning, I was NOT happy. lol... :D

Why is that, you ask? Well, I had math first. I had 2 homework packets to do for it. AND you know what? I just remembered a friend of mine named Josh had borrowed my GrAgPhInG CaLcUlAtOr for the weekend to insert some helpful programs for me in it. THAT was a good thing. A bad thing was that we were never taught how to graph parabolas manually. My two packets NEEDED that. Soo.. I did what I could and I went to school, worried. Also, I didn't do my FrEnCh homework. It consisted of a Diagnostic Test. Hm... it was HARD.

Well, when I got to school, it turned out that none of my friends did the French Homework, and if they did, they did a whole bunch of guessing. lol... :D THAT made me feel BeTtEr. Well, when I entered the math class, I was not the only one that had my math homework halfway finished. Everyone was panicking. hehe... :P Well.. it also turned out that I was not the only one who got a HoRrIbLe grade for the class on my PROGRESS REPORT. Well, it was all good. The class went by fairly quickly. I had some CoOkIeS I was munching on. Let me tell you something: Cookies with Gum tastes like MiNt ChOcOlAtE ChIp. hehe... Well, actually, I DID swallow a portion of my gum. :\ I guess I won't be seeing that until I'm 23. lol... :D No worries.

In OrChEsTrA, nothing much really happened. Mr. Soto, our regular conducter wasn't here because his brother died (he needed a Liver Transplant - but none came). *sniff* We played our music: the KABELEVSKY SUITE and the WESTERN song. Then we had "free time" in which I played some concerto and that was it. lol... As for chem class, people were STILL talking about my presentation. hehe... *blush* It was on the HARLEQUIN FETUS (or ICHTHYOSIS FETALIS). I got quite attached to the babies no matter how they look - though I must admit their appearance still frightens me a bit. :D I'm not going to describe their looks, you can do it yourself. :) Just type "Harlequin Fetus" into Google. OR you can go to: www.asylumeclectica.com and go to the bottom and click on "Malady of the Month" and then scroll to the bottom and click on Harlequin Fetus. By the way, you might want to look at it when you have company or are in daylight. :) I didn't and I saw the babies everywhere staring at me. WHICH is why I don't watch scary movies that much. I have a vivid imagination. lol... in this case, it isn't a good thing.

In FrEnCh class, we went over the Diagnostic Test, did our SILENT READING and our warm ups. lol.. I was REAL hyper at this time. I dunno why. I just was! haha... Yeah... I did do something I feel REAL nice about. :) Pradnya told me how I always managed to make her happy because earlier on, she wasn't in a real good mood. :) I LOVE making people laugh!!! haha... The table which is usually WAY louder than mines and was usually more ATTENTION-GETTING even told us to lower our voices (consisted of Brook, Briana, Joanna, and I forgot the other girl's name - SoRrY!!!). lol... I'm sorry to say that I didn't do as they asked because I just plain forgot. Well... I dunno. hehe.. I guess I was in the moment. :) OH! And "abat" means "gibblet". haha... THAT was a laugh. Why? The Warm-Up had that in a sentence and if "abat" was actually GIBBLET, the sentence should translate to something like "The U.S. Army gibbletted the 4 detained people caught from the mutiny." Eventually, we figured out that "abat" was a conjugated word and that it meant "to kill". lol... Made MUCH more sense. haha...

Well, so then, the day ended. Went to NHS MEETING which lasted for about 15 minutes. Nothing much happened. I just dozed off a bit. haha... :) Then, Maerilly, Pradnya, and I (along with Jonathan and Rocio who were our audience) went to the orchestra room to practice our TRIO. lol.. it was all right. I was really HuNgRy and SlEePy though. I drove home and I ate dinner and all. Here I am..

And I'm going to STUDY for my APUSH test tomorrow and my Outside Novel Test. *sigh* Life's great. :) I mean I have the works! Tests... homework... bad grades... stress... lack of sleep... 'Tis ALL good. :D hehe...
