The presentation was split, one for the girls and one for the boys, they were all aeparated. haha... The girls, I told them I was from Hodges Bend and here come the cheers. LOL... THAT was embarrassing. I don't like being in the center of attention. I tend to repeat myself a lot, blush, or snort - or all of the above! Fortunately, and amazingly, today, I didn't do that. I did say "uhh.." and "umm.." a couple of times though. For the girls, we basically told them the basics and missed some of the things, like what hospital interns go to (MD Anderson, VA, Texas Children's, and St. Luke's). For the guys, I remembered - though they did boo me for a bit. HAHA... Why? Well, after I told them I was from Hodges Bend, I told them it hadn't changed much. *rolls eyes* Then they boo-ed me. haha... Then the principal told them to shush or she'd kick them out. HAHA... I found it highly amusing. On them, I told themm ore about the "disgusting" things we do/see. Actually, I ENJOY doing and seeing the "yucky" things. It's the best part! :)
Overall, the entire thing was pretty good and enjoyable. And I was wearing my medical scrubs from Internship and I love wearing them since they're so comfy. Well, then we went to eat. I ate at La Madeleine and Oyinda bought food from McDonald's there. *shakes head* Tomato Basil Soup is WAYY healthier I say! haha... Afterwards, we went up and down Highway 6 trying to find Wel-Farm so I could go get tapioca for Maerilly and I and Maerilly some Spring Rolls. hehe... Guess what? I couldn't find it! AHHHH! I ended up giving up after turning around THREE times. So here I am! At school when I found out that we're doing nothing for school today. *sigh* I could've just headed home instead of going to school, 16 miles away from home. Wrong, I tell you. Just plain wrong!
Oh yes. I've found out that many people don't know what tapioca (aka Boba) is soo...

Yumm... I usually get green tea or milk tea. Just anything with tea. Tea is good and refreshing. I don't like the fruit ones like Mango and stuff. I like them raw more, when it's not liquified. :) On the way home, in about 25 minutes, I'm going to go get my tapioca since it's on the right when I come home and it's much easier to see and find. *sigh* You know what's up tomorrow? The SAT II. Me, being the idiotic person I am, am taking SAT II for Biology, Math IC, and US History. I'm taking Bio and Math for Baylor University (the two subjects I worse at) and History because I like history. haha... (On my practice US History test, I got a 570 after only read the first 29 pages of the SAT II book. It's not good but it's not THAT bad. Right?) I'm so nervous. It's tomorrow! I'm going to die. Die, I say!
I'll be happy only when the SAT's are over as well as any other form of standardized testing. You know the movie "The Perfect Score"? They have a point. I mean, they make you wake up EARLY, as if testing for 3 hours is not enough. This world is truly wrong.
Well, I'm going to go now!
May the force be with you. ;)
