Craziness of it All

AHHH! It's been 2 weeks and 1 day and a half since the last time I saw Will! *sniff sniff* OK, I've gone a little over 2 weeks before without seeing him (and it was bad) but I suppose it's because now I KNOW I won't be able to see him until AFTER June 4th when I take the SAT. It's too long! I'm going nuts! Well, not literally. But yeah. lol.. *sigh* You know those people that complain about how they haven't seen their boyfriends in "so long"? lol... nuh uh. I don't think so. You don't know torture until the most you see the dude is once a week. Urgh. Okie, anyways... :) I'm talking to him right now.

Sooo.... the main occurances of the week.

Orchestra Concert - We had to stay after school all the way until 6:30 and such and then we headed for Sienna Pavilion or something like that to play. Band was also there. The orchestra performance? Um... heh heh. Not good but I suppose it would've been better if the wind didn't keep on turning our music for us or flipping over the pages. I spent half of my time pressing the music to the stand. lol... The highlight of the day was a dude name Vincent. A Fish. lol... j/k. He's a cool fish, and in this case, an idiotic one. Well, we had to load the basses/cellos in the back of the bus and on our bus, we had no room. Plus this Hispanic girl was like "Can't you put it in the front?" so then Maerilly and Vincent went with one of them to the bus behind us to load it in there. The people wouldn't open the back door and so they had to open it for them. Right when the door opened, Vincent said "It's because they're black." One problem: All the people in the back were black and they all heard. lol... there was a lot of threatening and "black talk" as Vincent put it. Even some of the black people were like *tsk tsk tsk* at the people in the other bus. *sigh* Vincent should've known since he goes to Hightower. LOL... as Joy said, you learn to be street smart at Hightower.

Orchestra Banquet - Right after school, I went to Maerilly's house with Sarah, Pradnya, and Maerilly to watch "Phantom of the Opera" and after that, we went to China Bear for the banquet. It was interesting. lol.... the food was great (also since I was quite hungry). I must admit I crossed the line from vegetarian to omnivore. I had fried rice, fried noodles, seasoned steamed fish (one piece), "raw" sushi fish (about 10 pieces... *ahem*), and mushrooms (lots... yummm...). For dessert, I had strawberry cake, flan, jello, egg cakes (something of the sort)... *sigh* Craving for some now. lol... Elections also took place as well as the gag awards. Mines this year was "most pleasing to the eye" LOL. Last years, it was "T-shirts Are Formal". I ran for librarian/secretary but I lost to Vincent. lol.... I must admit I would've loved to win, but I don't mind (also since I only lost by 2 votes, 11-9). In fact, it's for the best. Why? I can't be in orchestra next year due to Advanced Internship since orchestra'll be during 6th and internship is during 6th and 7th. So is Maerilly and Joy. Man... I dunno but people are leaving.

HP Kids Day - This was a field trip to HP headquarters. :) It was fun. We had free food (breakfast and lunch) provided by Chick-Fil-A and I didn't kill my vegetarianism here. We were supposed to volunteer but we mostly talked, observed, and just stood there. lol... It was basically a competition between elementary and middle schools competing their robots to see which was the best. It was fascinating. And we got TONS of free stuff! :) *sigh* I love free stuff. And this free stuff isn't the ones from the 25 cent machine. We had a COOL, NICE bag that looked like it had leather on it (hopefully the faux leather) as well as other usefule gadgets. *sigh*... It was FUN! We all hope to go next year. "We" meaning the members of the Computer Technology Club.

Aside from that, nothing much has been up. I'm just stressing about Algebra a bit (and the SATs) since I'm behind. I'm going to make up my logarithms test on Thursday but I dunno how I'm going to make up the group project I missed by going to the HP Kids Day on Thursday. I swear math makes up about 80% of my stress. The remaining 20% is from the rest of school as well as other things that dwaddle in my mind. OH! And I found out about what course I should be taking after high school! My mom told me I could be a surgeon if I really wanted to, and I do. It's the one thing I ever really wanted. The other stuff was because of my mom. :) So maybe I'll major in either biology or microbiology and minor in history and I'll be a general surgeon and if I get tired of it later, I could continue my education to specialize in a field like optometry. :) hehe... So cool.

In other news, I'm SO GLAD! The fifth Harry Potter installation is here in 61 days, 23 hours, and thirty eight minutes (and counting)! I can't wait. It'll be too long, but oh well. It'll be worth it (though I'd much prefer it if I could read it now). Also, the 4th Harry Potter movie is scheduled to be released in November of 2005 even though they're finished now. *sigh* Movie people. Honestly. Ohh... and the new Star Wars movie is coming out this week! :D AND the next part of the "Cirque du Freak" series by Darren Shan is out called "Hunters of the Dusk" or something like that. Man... so many good things!!!

Seeing Will would round it off nicely, but I suppose not. You can't have everything.

Well, I best get going to bed since most of my hair has dried and I have to wake up early tomorrow morning AGAIN to take the new SAT test for TestMasters. I suppose it's necessary. Though I suck at standardized testing. Grr... People now are just plain unfair and prejudiced against people who are bad at tests no matter how much they know their stuff. Buttheads. :)

I feel much better now. hehe... :P Well, g'night all!
