Iris in Nostalgia

Hello all!

Well, these past few DaYs have been... well... dull. I mean it's just been school - and the fact I didn't see Will in ages. I mean I know ScHoOl'S supposed to be important and school DOES basically determine how your FuTuRe is but the fact is that school lost its LuStEr a long time ago. I mean out of the 5 days of school, we learn EnOuGh stuff to fill only about 2 of those 5. So, is going to school 5 days a week absolutely NeCeSsArY? I mean the US of A is already behind educational-wise. I mean the people in Europe learn some of the things we do in HiGh ScHoOl when they're in ElEmEnTaRy! It's just plain BaFfLiNg. I mean most of the stuff we do at school, we do at home. We could just do what colleges do and go to a class EiThEr 2 or 3 times a week. Plus, school gives me stress and HeAdAcHeS that would rival even the skull-cracking one I'm experiencing right now. There has been one thing school-related that WAS good. :) I got my PrOgReSs RePoRt on Thursday, I believe. To my surprise (an UnDeRsTaTeMeNt), I got a 97 in Algebra! I have NO IDEA how since I never got any of my work back but I got an "A" and a high "A"! I screamed so loud my mom thought something was SeRiOuSlY wrong. lol... :D Of course, this may just be because of the fact that she might've not InSeRtEd my test grades into this, but oh well. :) I'm trying to be happy. lol..

There's also one other thing that was simply InCrEdIBlE. Yesterday was SuPeRb! Magnificent! Splendid! Exceptional! Marvelous! Fantastic! Gone! :( lol.. yeah. I know, I was on SUCH a roll! Unfortunately, like all things fun and good, it ends. *sniff* (This is also the thing that InFlUeNcEd the title of today's EnTrY.) Yesterday, I spent the day with Will, Hannah, and Michael. :) *thinks about it* *sigh* Anyways... it can only be DeScRiBeD by one word: Perfect.

Nevermind the fact that we met up an hour later than PlAnNeD. :) Will and I met up first at the ThEaTrE in First Colony at around 2. Hannah wasn't there. She was at home StAlLiNg for Michael (yeah yeah yeah... Hannah keeps on bugging me when I call him "Mike") because he was at a ChUrCh dealy for... um... *thinks*... Good Friday. :\ I think. I also think because she wanted to give us some time alone and because she didn't want to be the ThIrD WhEeL. Sooo, amazingly, my parents saw that only Will was there but they still let me go. It was like "Whoa". lol... :P Will and I then went to the mall ALONE (WOW!) and that was the closest thing to a real *looks around* date. lol... Basically we WaNdErEd around the mall and looked at pillows and read T-shirts. lol.. What? I was just incredibly HaPpY I was with him. :)

At last, Hannah had NoThInG else to do and we met up with her and commenced to going back IN the mall. She needed to do some things and I ended up getting an ErAsEr from Sanrio. lol.. I seem to have MiSpLaCeD my previous one. :( Shortly after that, we all went back to the theatre and met up with Mike, which, in Will and Mike's case, banged. lol... Mike decided to SnEaK up on him. Then we went to see *gulp* The Ring 2. lol... in all TrUtH, it wasn't as bad as I thought. Also since Will saw it before and he told me some ScArY parts. OK. I DID have my hand(s) over my face, but most of the time, but I was PeEkInG through my fingers just in case something decided to PoP up. It was a pretty interesting and good movie. :)

Afterwards, we got PiZzA and while waiting, went to a GaMiNg store. It was all good. Then we went to Hannah's house and SpEnT the rest of the night there. There was a lot of SnUgGlInG and then we watched Ice Age. It was so CoMfOrTaBlE I could've went to sleep! *sigh* It ended too soon. :( I dunno when I'll see him NeXt but I hope it'll be soon! I've missed him ever since the car ride home YeStErDaY night. lol... pathetic, I know, but there's nothing WrOnG with it! I just wish it could be Friday all over again. :) That would be swell.

Well, as for today, my FaMiLy and I went to Galveston (which was a complete bore) and my sister and I just basically WaLkEd up and down the wall a whole lot and had people stare at us funny. Most of which were guys. Some were OLDER guys. I just find that plain DiStUrBiNg. And one of those guys WINKED at me! EEEEWWW... *scrunches up face* Oh! And a car HoNkEd at us. lol... reminds me of a GoOsE. Yeah. It was weird. Then we went to Baybrook Mall in Friendswood which was all-white. lol... I believe I saw about 5 to 10 HiSpAnIc families there and only about 3 AsIaN families there. There were a couple of BlAcK families too. The rest were white. That place was pretty and it SO made me feel PoOr. lol... What? Even the stuff on the ClEaRaNcE rack were over $30! It was crazy. lol.. I did get my StArBuCkS.

Soo... yeah. We ended up going home but on the way, we stopped by a BeAuTiFuL and impressive Hindu Temple to get some topping for food. I dunno what it's called. It's pretty GoOd though. Hm... well, I'd better go now. My eyes are GeTtInG tired and the next two days are going to be ScHoOl DaYs. School does seem to take over everyone's life, huh?
